Welcome to the fluffle!

I’m Coach Tracy – a native Angeleno born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. I currently live in North Inglewood, California with my loving husband and our three beautiful pups.

Growing up, I was a pretty chubby kid until I started playing basketball in high school ​​and college before transferring to the illustrious Alabama State University, where I earned my degree in Liberal Arts & Social Sciences.

This is a chance for us to discuss your overall gym experience & knowledge, your past & current challenges, and set expectations & goals. You will be asked to complete a client intake form ahead of your scheduled consultation time.

You will be provided a custom workout plan that you will follow, and we will have weekly check-ins to make sure you are on track to meeting your goals.‌

You will train with me in person – two times a week. Each session is 45-60 minutes long. We will also have weekly check-ins to make sure you are on track to meeting your goals.‌ Adjustments will be made accordingly.

You will train with me in person, three times a week. Each session is 45-60 minutes long. We will also have weekly check-ins to make sure you are on track to meeting your goals.‌ Adjustments will be made accordingly.
