This is a chance for us to discuss your overall gym experience & knowledge, your past & current challenges, and set expectations & goals. You will be asked to complete a client intake form ahead of your scheduled consultation time.
A custom meal plan guideline created just for you in alignment with your current fitness goals. ‌
A custom workout plan created to help you achieve your current fitness goals.
Workout Plan & Weekly Check-Ins ‌
You will be provided a custom workout plan that you will follow, and we will have weekly check-ins to make sure you are on track to meeting your goals.‌
2x Weekly & Weekly Check-Ins ‌
You will train with me in person – two times a week. Each session is 45-60 minutes long. We will also have weekly check-ins to make sure you are on track to meeting your goals.‌ Adjustments will be made accordingly.

3x Weekly & Weekly Check-Ins‌ ‌

You will train with me in person, three times a week. Each session is 45-60 minutes long. We will also have weekly check-ins to make sure you are on track to meeting your goals.‌ Adjustments will be made accordingly.
One (1) 45-60 minute long in person session.
This can be purchased to add on to any existing plan or can be purchased for a single session. Adjustments will be made accordingly.
