This is a chance for us to discuss your overall gym experience & knowledge, your past & current challenges, and set expectations & goals. You will be asked to complete a client intake form ahead of your scheduled consultation time.
You will be provided a custom workout plan that you will follow, and we will have weekly check-ins to make sure you are on track to meeting your goals.
